Description:
A HealthCare Insurance Company is seeking a highly qualified administrative professional to support the Marketing Director and the Department account representatives. This individual must be organized, articulate and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to converse with a variety of levels of professionals and executives within and outside of the organization
Creates and modifies various client facing documents and presentations using Microsoft Office
Maintains Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status
Supports preparation for external client meetings and also internal executive briefings
Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated
Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner
Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations including Excel spreadsheets and charts
Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment as needed
Works well in a team environment with some shared department responsibilities assigned
Works with in-house and external print and mail vendors to ensure delivery of accurate sales materials to customers within tight deadlines
Purchases supplies and equipment and manages gift inventory
Qualifications:
High school education with a college degree or strong experience
1 or more years of experience supporting a Marketing Manager and Department
Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Windows applications, including the ability to both create and reformat existing slides from other presentations and hand written notes into existing templates.
Must have excellent organization skills in order to handle multiple priorities from a variety of individuals
Ability to be proactive and work in a fast paced environment
Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time with attention to detail to deliver successful results within tight deadlines
Experience within Healthcare Insurance environment preferred
