  • Desire to continue to advance to Leadership & Management roles

  • Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and focus on details

  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs

  • Ability to find their way out of a paper bag and think for themselves

  • Some outside B2B sales is preferred, but not required

  • Familiarity with media advertising is a plus
