HR Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

Employment Agency Pro Image Solutions is seeking an HR Manager for our Longwood, FL office. As the HR Manager, you will work alongside our warehouse managers to interview and screen candidates that fit our client's needs. You will need to communicate professionally and effectively between the hiring managers regarding selection methods and practices but not limited to managing staffing routines; manage recruiting and retention efforts; manage payroll; support business development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Looking for a team player, detail oriented and a self-starter able to work in a fast pace environment
• MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Good phone etiquette Must be able to pass pre-screening requirements
• Previous staffing experience a plus

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Take detailed job orders, asking appropriate questions to determine exact job requirements
• Enter orders timely and accurately, ensuring support from team
• Effectively ‘Search’ data base(s) for qualified candidates
• Conduct criminal background checks, conduct reference checks, schedule drug screens when necessary
• Understand and execute customer specific testing of candidates
• Match industrial and office candidates to positions through knowledge of requirements
• Meet client requested start dates by working with a sense of urgency, by pitching in and helping fellow staff members, and by willingly putting in additional time when necessary
• Screen and schedule qualified candidates
• When required, prepare resumes for clients to review
• Coach Candidates through the client interview process
• Dispatch candidates to job sites, confirming that candidate understands assignment
• Keep in contact with clients that candidates are performing job duties and necessary requirements
• Maintain excellent documentation with the company’s on-line system

Hours: 8:00 to 5:00 (must be flexible)

Salary: $12.00 plus bonuses
