• Excellent listening and communication skills.• Strong computer skills to include keyboarding proficiency.

Job Description:

Supports Service Contract customers calling in for services/assistance with their protection agreements.

The Protection Agreement Advisor 1 is responsible for providing assistance to customers who contact SHC with questions regarding the benefits or fulfillment of an SHC Protection Agreement product. The PA Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and SHC to include all business partners to respond to inquiries, complaints, problems or compliments.*

*Protection Agreement Advisor 1 Pay Rate: $10.35/hour + Full Benefits Package

6 months of sales/customer service/collections/retention or call center background
