The primary role of the NAVIS RezForce Reservation Sales Associate position is to contribute to the sales growth and profitability of the Company by delivering high performance sales and quality customer service through booking guest reservations on behalf of our clients. Our clients are independently-owned hotels, resorts, vacation rental and property management companies. This position gives prospective guests (primarily inbound calls) information on the property(ies) about which they are calling, and we are able to help them by booking their stay. This is done through the passionate delivery of outstanding knowledge of the specific properties you'll be supporting, a positive, can-do attitude, a professional demeanor, and the effective application of sales techniques.
These are home-based positions. We have multiple shifts available that include shift differentials (extra pay added to your hourly rate) for those employees working a Swing, Weekend, or Graveyard shifts.
JOB STATUS:
These are PART-TIME, work-at-home positions offering 27.5 hours per week on average.
COMPENSATION:
The base hourly rate is $10.25 per hour plus commissions and bonuses. Commissions and bonuses are based on your individual sales abilities, attention to detail, and your overall performance. On average, bonuses and commissions for this position average another $3.00 to $8.00 per hour on top of your base hourly rate, depending on your performance and sales abilities. Top performers have the ability to earn more. PLEASE NOTE: it takes, on average, about 3-6 months in the role for you to be fully-functioning and earning commissions at this level. For those employees working Swing, Weekend, or Graveyard shifts, your hourly rate will include shift differentials (extra pay added to your hourly rate).
SHIFT DAYS & TIMES:
Hours of operation for these positions is from 7:00 am - 4:00 am Eastern Time (or about 21 hours per day), 7 days per week. Shifts are staggered throughout the day and are typically 5.5 hours in duration.
PAID TRAINING:
Training for this position will be on-site at our offices in the Millenia Lakes area in Orlando, Florida for the first 4-6 weeks, then home-based after that. Training is paid.

Regular team participation is expected Perform other duties as assigned Experience and Skills: Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent Two (2) years of sales and/or hospitality industry experience One (1) year of computer and/or database experience Language Skills: Ability to read, write and speak English clearly Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, the general public and groups of managers Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
