Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Billing and Collections
• Entry-Level Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Employee Expense Reports and Travel Advances
• Sales and Use Tax Reporting
• Credit Card Reconciliations
Required Qualifications
• A.A. Degree, equivalent work experience, or combination of education and work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to read, write, and solve math problems
• Demonstrate an ability in commonly used software (for example, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel)
• Ability to interpret, understand, follow, and communicate instructions
• Work well with others and be a team member
• Display and maintain enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work
Preferred Qualifications
• QuickBooks and/or SAP Experience
