JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
STATUS: Full time, Non Exempt
LOCATION: Orlando, Florida (Avalon Park)
We have an excellent opportunity for a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST to join our growing team at Corporate Service Solutions. This HR role requires a polished professional with prior experience, a can-do attitude and a high level of efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support to the HR / Payroll Team in and UltiPro Environment
- Benefit Administration
- FMLA and LOA Administration
- Workers Compensation Claims Management
- Records Management
- New Hire Onboarding
- Payroll backup
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES: None
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or Associate Degree and commensurate experience
- 2+ years of general HR experience including verifying I-9 Documentation, FMLA, Unemployment claims
- 2+ years of payroll administration experience
- Candidates should also be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Ultimate Software a plus
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate should be detail oriented including accuracy and timeliness, creative and exhibit the ability to take initiative, ability to multi-task, remain organized, and work in a fast paced environment. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, understand the importance of confidentiality, discretion and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
