Custom fabrication shop is seeking a Project Manager/Designer/CAD Operator.
Responsibilities
Managing of projects from initiation to completion. This includes:
- Customer contact
- Order Processing.
- Project Scheduling.
- Manage and organize all related documents to project: specifications, drawings and project bill of materials.
- Development of necessary drawings for customer review and shop fabrication
- Requisition purchased materials.
- Create and oversee work orders submitted to shop for various shop functions.
- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle.
- Track and report on project milestones and support status reports to management.
- Creation of accurate invoicing of project.
- Ensure all documents and drawings are archived correctly following project completion.
Job Requirements
- Associates degree or higher.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- One (1) year experience managing or supporting projects.
- Preference given to a candidate with knowledge of AutoCAD, steel and sheet metal fabrication, welding processes and experience in project management.
