The Ideal Candidate for this Position:

The ideal candidate will have superior customer service skills, ability to interact with guests as well as fellow employees and be a team player.  Friendly, energetic and positive attitude is required.

Requirements for this FULL TIME position:

• Schedule reservations and arrange special services.
• Greet guests, escort to tables, provide menus
• Maintain service stations and front area clean and neat.
• This position requires previous experience working in a guest service function.
• This position requires standing for a long time, lifting/moving up to 25 pounds, carrying, reaching, feeling, walking and seeing.
• Good knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
• Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and love to work with people.
• Must be able to meet and exceed customer and team expectations.
• Must meet grooming standards for the property
• Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Requires strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• We provide a substance free work environment - substance testing is mandatory.
