Human Resources Administrative Assistant will  provide frontline Human Resources representation to associates and managers based on Rosen Standards by performing clerical and administrative duties to assist the Associate Director of Human Resources.  Coordination and follow up with internal and external resources and maintain official Human Resources related confidential records.

This position requires a typing, grammar and excel test;  Minimum Associates Degree in Human Resources or a related field, one to three years of professional administrative experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff, associates and the general public. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient computer and technology skills to include Excel, Word, Power Point, HRIS, etc. Bilingual Spanish/Creole preferred.
