Commercial Loan Officer - Ocala

Harbor Community Bank, one of the fastest growing banks in Florida, has an opportunity for a Commercial Loan Officer to join their Orlando team. In this role, you will be responsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting and coordinating the closing of complex consumer, residential, equipment, SBA, commercial real estate and business loans in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures; developing business checking and deposit relationships with customers; and promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. Our ideal candidate will assist in attaining established Bank and branch goals through active participation in sales management and officer calling programs, and will be expected to provide leadership, training and support to less experienced loan officers and other staff members.
