SUMMARY:
Oversee employees that act as ambassadors for the Jesus Film Project. This will include guests who call or visit the Jesus Film Project headquarters. Endorse our ministry’s vision through imparting vision with excellent customer care, thorough phone etiquette, and innovative tours.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Trains and oversees tour team for the Jesus Film Project
- Oversees the Front Desk Reception team for the Jesus Film Project
- Decides and implements design, décor, and overall look of front desk, front area, store, and tour area for the Jesus Film Project.
- Endorses a united message across CRU with incorporating products and vision of ministries within CRU on tour
- Creates and maintains budget as well as reporting on daily sales
- Organizes schedules for tour guides and front desk receptionists
- Conducts VIP Tours for The JESUS Film Project and upon request from CRU
- Promotes and sells Jesus Film Project and CRU products
- Administers Position Focus meetings and reviews with team members
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the following supervisory responsibilities of 8 positions within the tour guide team and front desk reception team in accordance with the ministry’s policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
OTHER FUNCTIONS (Non-essential)
- Perform related duties or special projects as assigned
- Participate in the Christmas Calling Campaign, completing required amount of calls
- Assist with monthly team devotionals
- An active member on the JFP Marketing Communication Counsel
- Bilingual – Spanish and English

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Four year college degree preferred and 2-3 years experience in customer service, public speaking, and/or sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
