Responsibilities:
- Make outbound phone calls to engage business owners in a high quality, consultative dialogs with a focus on achieving sales success.
- Sales Consultants must be results driven and customer-focused with the ability to maximize sales and create an insanely great customer experience.
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions with Sales Managers in order to continuously improve skills
- Sell with passion and deliver outstanding performance for our clients by meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and customer experience scores.

Qualifications:
- Minimum High School/GED
- Experience in sales preferred, but not required for high energy, passionate personalities.
- Highly effective oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated persuasion skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective business owners.
- Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
