Summary
The role of the Inside Business-to-Business Energy Sales Consultants is to generate sales while building and growing sales pipelines with “C” level decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Daily activities will consist of calling businesses and engage “C” level decision makers in discussions about reducing their energy costs.
- Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with “gatekeepers” and “C” level decision makers.
- Proactively build and track a prospective sales/customer pipeline.
- Actively participate in feedback and coaching sessions.
- Ability to work successfully in a team-based call center environment.
- Meet weekly/monthly sales goals.
- Maintain compliance and confidentiality within scope of responsibilities.
Education, Training, and Experience
- Commercial sales experience
- Funnel management experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
