Summary
The role of the Inside Business-to-Business Energy Sales Consultants is to generate sales while building and growing sales pipelines with “C” level decision makers.

Responsibilities

  • Daily activities will consist of calling businesses and engage “C” level decision makers in discussions about reducing their energy costs.
  • Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with “gatekeepers” and “C” level decision makers.
  • Proactively build and track a prospective sales/customer pipeline.
  • Actively participate in feedback and coaching sessions.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team-based call center environment.
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain compliance and confidentiality within scope of responsibilities.

Education, Training, and Experience

  • Commercial sales experience
  • Funnel management experience
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Understand the sales cycle
  • Be an effective written and verbal communicator
  • Be an aggressive closer
  • Self motivated
