Compass Research, an established clinical research facility with headquarters in Orlando, Florida, is currently seeking an Account Manager for its clinic located in Orlando.
The Accountant will be responsible for building and maintaining clinical trial budgets in the Company’s clinical trials management system (CTMS). The Accountant will also work with the clinical teams to accurately track revenues earned by procedure, visit, outsourced procedure, and reimbursable item. This person will also be responsible for generating invoices, recording customer payments, managing days sales outstanding (DSO), and performing monthly reconciliations. QuickBooks Enterprise experience will be helpful. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and accounting or finance experience.
Prerequisites:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Mathematics and/or related field from a four-year college or university.
Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in an office setting with emphasis on accounting, accounts receivable, and/or customer service.
