Position:  Front Office Supervisor – Brevard County

The position detailed below is a full-time, benefit eligible, hourly position.

Description:  Work closely with the Referral and Scheduling Department, Practice Manager, and Program Director to respond to client's needs and to coordinate care. Coordinate and facilitate support of tasks related to the phone system, researching records, customer service, and general office needs.  Provide support with tasks related to the coordination of care for clients (phone calls to primary care physician (PCP), fax information, requesting of copies of records from other agencies). Send PCP forms.  Set up appointment for psychiatric evaluation, and follow-up or reschedules.  Help making and inputting referrals and check Medicaid for clients as needed.  Assist with referrals, referral problem-resolution, and patient scheduling as needed. 

Must have flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays, travel flexibility to other offices ​including mileage reimbursement by IMPOWER.

 Qualifications: 

 

  • Must have Front Office Medical Clinic Experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate;
  • Bilingual-Spanish, preferred.
  • Preferred experience in a fast paced, medical office setting and working with a challenging clientele.
  • Experience working with Medicaid billing preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Successful motor vehicle background check. 
  • Successful background screenings through local law enforcement, Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement, and FBI.
