Client Services Supervisor

Picture this:
As a Client Services Supervisor you will be directly responsible for overseeing our Client Service Agents, who service our online travel agencies (B2B) or direct consumers (B2C), at an exceptional service level in an upbeat and lively contact center. Motivate and develop the agents while maintaining a highly organized workflow and a self-driven attitude as a positive, approachable leader.
Embark on the Journey:
Be available and ready for our Client Services Agents and their questions or escalations on inbound phone calls from travel agents and their guests, direct consumers and/or suppliers
- Analyze a challenge and recommend a solution in line with our business philosophies and guidelines
- Oversee the workflow and staffing of Client Services Agents while monitoring the team’s progress
- Coach Client Services Agents in the right direction with a monthly Key Performance Indicator evaluation and when performance improvement is necessary
- Cultivate our Client Services Senior Agents to develop and advance as a future leader
- Work closely with the Client Services Manager and Director to create, implement, and maintain disciplined procedures
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Two years or more of supervisory experience in hotels or call centers is preferred
- Experience in the following is preferred: customer service, travel agencies, or hospitality industry
- Required to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Fluency in the Spanish or Portuguese language is preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills are required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to take initiative and utilize independent judgement with established guidelines
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
- Understanding and familiarity with general technology and internet usage
- Broad grasp of world geography and time zones
- Typing of 35+ words per minute
- GDS system experience is a plus
