REGIONAL REPORTING ANALYST

SUMMARY:
The Regional Reporting Analyst performs sales & marketing reporting at an individual site and regional level. The Analyst supplies reporting information to upper & middle management for business decisions. The Analyst assists the National Reporting Manager and Business Managers with reporting needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete sales and marketing reports that support financial decisions along with forecasting and its analysis.
- Report site penetration: end-of-month individual site performance analyzing arrivals, tours, volume, VPG and transactions compared to budget. Specifically analyze the number of arrivals versus the amount of tours produced from the arrivals.
- Report site variance: actual site MTD performance broken down by marketing program and the programs segments compared to budget.
- Prepare strike date reports: actual site MTD performance broken down by marketing program compared to budget. Forecast analysis of remaining tours and VPG.
- Report site pipeline: forecast of sites performance for three months out broken down by marketing program.
- Report year over year comparison: analysis of individual sites performance per month and year broken down by marketing program.
- Prepare Sales Agent report: analysis of Sales Agent performance for prior three months broken down by marketing program.
- Prepare narrative: explanation of sites performance for prior quarter.
- Prepare daily reports: Flash, thermometers, YOY comparison, Sampler.
- Perform specific projects to assist the National Reporting Manager, Vice Presidents, Business Managers and Directors.
- Act as backup to the National Reporting Manager.
- Provide superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence standards.
- Consistently practice the Meaning of Yes® and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
- Operate office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- One (1) year related experience and/or training.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or timeshare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree.
SKILLS:
- Excellent business skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts that are critical to financial analysis.
- Ability to collect data from various sources including staff and management level.
- Ability to create and revise reports, providing accurate information to management.
- Analytical skills, to make reporting more efficient and valuable.
