Requirements

Possess a valid driver’s license
Ability to meet drug free workplace requirements 

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, greeting, and checking customers vehicles in for service.
• Write up a properly written repair order with customer’s concerns and selling of needed maintenance based upon mileage.
• Proper walk around and inspection performed documenting condition of vehicle using multi-point inspection process.
• Obtain proper signatures and authorizations on every repair order.
• Constant follow-up of repairs with customer providing accurate completion time.
• Proper billing of final repair order documenting all repairs.
• Active delivery with every customer obtaining signatures and or collecting a payment for repairs.
• Follow company and manufactures’ policies and procedures at all times.
• Responsible for sales objectives set by company based upon industry standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service focusing on exceeding manufactures satisfaction ratings.
• Other duties as they may be assigned.
