Picture this:

As a Client Services Agent you would be responsible for engaging with clients, who include but are not limited to online travel agencies (B2B) or direct consumers (B2C), at an exceptional service level in an upbeat and lively contact center. Guide the clients by phone or email with reassurance that travel requests and amendments are all confirmed as planned for the guests.

Embark on the Journey:

• WOW our clients with your telecommunication skills on inbound phone calls from travel agents or wholesale partners and their guests, direct consumers and suppliers. Fret not - There are absolutely no sales involved!
• Juggle outbound calls to both clients and suppliers or hotels in efforts to resolve any travel challenges that may arise
• Correspond with clients and suppliers via email or ticketing system to ensure perfect harmony
• Review bookings for confirmations and process special requests, amendments, and cancellations

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Required to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Fluency in one of the following languages is a plus: German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Effective written and oral communication skills 
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel
• Must be able to take initiative and utilize independent judgement with established guidelines
