Dispatch / Customer Service - Daytona

DISPATCHER WANTED FOR BUSY OFFICE

Jaguar Technologies has immediate openings for hard working, organized individuals to work in a fast-paced clerical setting for a variety of shifts in their Daytona area office, which is located near I 95 and US1.  This position is crucial in directing day to day operations.  Prefer 1 year experience in Dispatch or Call Center environment, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be customer service driven

• Must have strong computer knowledge, Excel, Outlook, minimum 35 WPM typing

• Strong communication skills – ability to use a multi line phone system

• Meticulously detail oriented

• Positive attitude, team player, willingness to learn and takes initiative

• Must be willing to work holidays/weekends

• Must pass background check, includes Motor Vehicle, Criminal Report and Drug Screening, valid drivers license

JOB DESCRIPTION, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Communicate with technicians, and customers – monitor jobs for completion

• Data entry

• Troubleshoot any issues

• Inbound/outbound calls
