Responsibilities: 

  • Make outbound phone calls to engage business owners in a high quality, consultative dialogs with a focus on achieving sales success. 
  • Sales Consultants must be results driven and customer-focused with the ability to maximize sales and create an insanely great customer experience. 
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions with Sales Managers in order to continuously improve skills 
  • Sell with passion and deliver outstanding performance for our clients by meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and customer experience scores.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum High School/GED 
  • Experience in sales preferred, but not required for high energy, passionate personalities. 
  • Highly effective oral communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated persuasion skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective business owners. 
  • Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
