Inside Sales Representative/ Call Center/ Agent/ Sales

Tourico Holidays operates a 24/7 inbound call center which provides hotels, rental cars, cruises and flights to the membership and loyalty customers of our largest clients. We are looking for people with sales, customer service and telephone sales experience.

You will not be working from call lists, however you will be maintaining high volume output on daily call numbers. All sales are generated from inbound calls and callbacks. Over 50% of calls result in sales, therefore commissions are attainable. This is a salary and commission based position with benefits.

Having experience in travel and or hospitality is an advantage, however we are also looking for individuals who can demonstrate experience of handling inquiries and converting them into sales. We will offer extensive training in our technologies, industry, and products in order for you to exceed sales expectations.

Successful applicants can be individuals that are looking for a company they can grow, develop, and progress within. Our supervisors are recruited internally. Alternatively, positions are available for individuals looking for a way to work effectively for 40 hours a week on an hourly salary, make sales, earn commission, and be able to unplug at the end of their shift. 

We are based in Altamonte Springs, Florida therefore preference is given to local applicants.

Preferred:

• Sales experience in the travel industry
• Extensive knowledge of domestic and / or international travel destinations
• Engaging and friendly; excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to educate consumers on products and services
• Demonstrated sales, marketing and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Previous travel industry experience
• Drive to make money through commission based sales

Shift Availability

11 am --  8 pm

12 pm -- 9 pm

1 pm – 10 pm

3 pm -- 12 am

5 pm – 2 am

6 pm -- 3 am

40 hours per week, weekend work required, overtime always available

Benefits and Salary

$12/ hour base salary

Overtime always available

Minimum 40 hours/ week

Commission, payable on a sliding scale

Realistic On Target Earnings $35,000-$50,000/ year 1 and year 2
