  The Ideal Candidate for this Position:

The ideal candidate will have superior customer service skills, ability to interact with guests as well as fellow employees and be a team player.  Friendly, energetic and positive attitude is required.

  Education, knowledge, training & work experience:

• 1-2 years of guest service related experience preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of computerized property management system preferred.
• Good time management skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements for this FULL TIME position:

• Responsible for taking reservations and accurately inputting into the computer system. Process confirmations, cancellations and any changes in a timely manner and with accuracy.
• Answer inquiries of room rates, outlets and room locations.
• Be familiar with property, amenities and surrounding areas.
• Handle all guests special requests in a professional manner.
• Keep accurate records of deposits.
• Complete all necessary projects by the assigned times. Complete documents as directed and to specifications.
