The Ideal Candidate for this Position:
The ideal candidate will have superior customer service skills, ability to interact with guests as well as fellow employees and be a team player. Friendly, energetic and positive attitude is required.
Requirements for this position:
- Schedule reservations and arrange special services.
- Greet guests, escort to tables, provide menus
- Maintain service stations and front area clean and neat.
- This position requires previous experience working in a guest service function.
- This position requires standing for a long time, lifting/moving up to 25 pounds, carrying, reaching, feeling, walking and seeing.
- Good knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
- Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and love to work with people.
- Must be able to meet and exceed customer and team expectations.
- Must meet grooming standards for the property
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Requires strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
