Server - Job Description
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Dining Room Manager and Chef
KNOWLEDGE:
Will be expected to learn the following during the training process:
- Thoroughly understanding and the ability to perform all duties assigned to you by your management team.
- Use of good tact, good manners, and mature judgment in dealing with guests in all situations.
- Familiarity and ability to operate all machines and equipment required performing server duties.
- Complete knowledge of company established Guest Service Guidelines
BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
- Serving guests according to Guest Service Guidelines
- Ability to make full use of and thorough knowledge of Point of Sale System
- Basic understanding of food preparation, salads, soups, beverages, desserts and their ingredients
- Bus tables, clear, clean and reset tables
- Maintain floors in assigned section
- Side work re-stocking line, re-filling condiments on tables, re-setting your section
- Maintain high performance of service and courtesy
- Satisfy guest complaints promptly, politely, and quietly.
- Develop and Maintain High Ticket Average (up-selling)
- Duties to be performed as assigned by your management team

- Stylish Plain Black Shirt - tucked in

- Black Non-slip Shoes
- Apron provided by the company
- Your hair must be pulled back away from your face and secured by a hair accessory if it touches your shoulders, moderate make-up and jewelry is acceptable
