TALENT ACQUISITION MARKETING MANAGER

SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and implement strategies that are aligned with our corporate brand and demand for talent that will increase the volume of high-quality candidates into our hiring process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute an employment brand strategy to enhance the Company’s reputation in the marketplace globally.
- Ensure employment branding and diversity outreach strategies are successfully and consistently executed through the Company website and across multiple media channels, to include, print, email, client management tool, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter), video, and database outreach (landing pages, search engines, etc.).
- Create a roadmap that details strategy, execution, and tracking of campaigns and their impact in the various channels to identify and attract quality talent against the business workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Perform daily operations and management of the communications/marketing strategy to include posting, deleting, archiving, responding to, and creating new content in multiple channels and maintaining a weekly social media communications calendar.
- Act as a champion for our employer brand across the organization by creating opportunities to engage current team members to learn how to best promote the Company as an exciting place to work and to utilize employees as talent and recruitment advocates.
- Create content for multiple social media platforms. Monitor comments to ensure positive brand messaging. Implement new social strategies, tools and tactics as they develop. Advise team on social media usage. Maintain content on website and ensure information is current.
- Enhance and market the employee referral program to improve referral quality and program participation.
- Design, develop, and implement a budget for: media, social media, online marketing, and localized recruitment events. Holds others accountable for achieving or exceeding budget measures.
- Lead and implement the media planning process and determine strategic advertising and marketing practices that are within budget and produce a high-quality candidate pool while measuring on-going effectiveness.
- Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Communication, Public Relations or related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience leading a marketing function, including oversight of traditional media campaigns and social media.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in national high volume recruiting experience working with multiple locations across the USA and overseas.
- A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in the talent acquisition and employment branding field required.
- Driver’s License (non-commercial) – must be state specific.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
SKILLS:
- Ability to demonstrate experience building and executing digital/social media campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, The Muse, Twitter, blogging platforms, as well as, international and emerging social technologies.
- Ability to use advanced media planning and analysis skills and to serve as a thought leader in recruitment marketing strategy and new trends while demonstrating expertise in media planning and measurement methods and best practices that deliver results.
- Knowledge of SEO, pay-per-click, Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
- Ability to develop search engine marketing strategies as it relates to employment branding.
- Expertise in the area of recruitment marketing best practices/resources/tools including the creation and management of talent communities.
- Ability to develop market insights and develop executable strategies for talent acquisition.
- Ability to management project and program vendors in talent acquisition space.
- Ability to identify and design effective talent acquisition practices that create consistency and the ability to scale, to include, employment brand, vendor management, assessments, metric and analytics.
- Ability to develop recruitment websites/microsites and is familiar with best practice and exhibits innovation.
- Ability to plan and execute successful in-house recruiting events.
- Ability to create written performance reports, strategies and/or business cases for a recruitment function.
- Ability to develop performance metrics and score cards for talent acquisition.
- Possess strong business acumen; understand the Company’s value proposition and culture.
- Ability to lead and work with cross functional teams and across geographies/cultures.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations for all supported locations.
- Ability to follow-up, communicate effectively, and work with all levels within an organization.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Experience facilitating/delivering end user training required.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Understand how to develop and implement business strategies.
- Ability to interpret and create policies, procedures and manuals.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
