Manufacturer in Oviedo, Florida is seeking an Administrative Assistant.

The ideal candidate will be quick to learn and have the ability to retain information.

 

Duties and responsibilities

• Maintains information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.

• Keep company and customers’ information confidential.

• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects.

• Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communicating solutions.

• Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and team members through effective communication.

• Maintains Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.

• Reconciles balance sheets accounts.

• Work in a busy atmosphere with ever changing priorities, meet deadlines, perform detailed data entry and maintain excellent customer service via phones or in person.

• Able to create and update marketing/presentation materials as required.
