Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant Manager’s primary role is to assist the Marketing Department Manager with tasks, projects, and follow-through of marketing initiatives. This person is expected to be highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that tasks and follow-ups are properly assigned and executed.

Essential Duties

  • Creating tasks and projects based on Marketing Manager’s input and review.
  • Product ordering and logistics.
  • Taking meeting notes and creating action items based on finalized objectives.
  • Management of company's Google AdWords account and responsible for all upkeep and maintenance.
  • Writing and posting social media blasts based on a set schedule.
  • Posting regular ad rotation items in Google’s “Doubleclick For Publishers” system.
  • Creating process documentation and Knowledge Base upkeep as requested.
  • Creating reports based on Marketing Manager criteria.
  • Any other tasks defined by the Marketing Manager as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Google AdWords Skills and Experience
  • Proficient in Social Media
  • Proficient in Google Docs usage
  • Good presentation skills
  • Wrike Project Management Software experience or knowledge preferred but not required
  • Gaming experience or knowledge (Magic: The Gathering, Board Games, etc) preferred but not required
