Real Estate Brokerage Office is seeking Administrative Assistant to growing volume company.
Description:
Seeking an experienced professional to assist the Team of the President of a well-established Real Estate Company. The Executive Assistant will need to be very punctual, possess a positive attitude, and provide top notch support to the President of the company. We are small business, and work in an “open office” layout type of setting. Ideal candidate is someone who has experience in Loan Processing, Banking, or Title Office, or IT background. A Real Estate License is NOT preferred. General Real Estate knowledge of the Real Estate Business is required.
Essential Job Functions:
- Answer and manage phone system for office-cheerful sort of personality-upbeat
- MUST be proficient in Adobe PDF including e-sign apps.
- Knowledge of E-sign app. from MFR MLS - "Form Simplicity" is Great !
- Experienced MS Office and or Top producer 8i for Real Estate Brokerage (CMS) a plus
- MUST be Computer Savvy applicant is 100% required you will be required and familiar with web based work groups on a daily. fast and efficent 60 words/per minute and accurate.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. The demonstrated ability to communicate with individuals in person, on the phone, and ability to effectively communicate via email and in writing
- Must be very organized and able to "work independently" in a small office atmosphere
- Must sign a non-compete agreement in Real Estate Brokerage if hired
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant
- Must not come in late and ask to leave early-punctual and responsible
- Strong Computer Application knowledge, ie Excel, Word, PDF
- Strong attention and able to demonstrate accuracy/detail and thoroughness on a daily basis
- Real Estate license in NOT preferred
- Background check and credit screening required
Overall employer is looking for someone with extremely proficient computer skill, can work individually and works well with a team and willing to learn. Must fell good about supporting the team!
40 Hours Per Week
Salary Range: $14 + per hour subject to experience and performance ,potential paid holidays, 401K participation, paid time off/personal days over time as well. Great Job last person had position almost 7 years. Stable employer.
