Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from member in response to account and product service inquiries.
  • Process transfers/stop payment requests, general requests, and general account research as requested by members
  • Promotes company products and services by regularly soliciting internal members for expanded business and referrals, to assist in the continuing growth of the credit union
  • Promotes car sales and all Marketing campaigns
  • Submits claims to the appropriate department and informs member of resolution.
  • Provide instructional guidance to members re:  use of automated systems, etc.
  • Must be knowledgeable with interest rates, computation, and disclosure.
  • Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multitask environment.
  • Must be organized and able to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
