We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience designing compensation frameworks, analyzing wages, making recommendations and executing on strategies that drive consistent pay practices, internal equity and competitiveness across the employment market.
Core responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain a compensation framework including job families, job descriptions, job codes and compensation ranges.
- Research and analyze job data to determine appropriate level, classification, FLSA and grade.
- Purchase annual comp data, interpret and use for analysis against incumbent wages and planned adjustments to hiring scales or increases.
- Provide input related to newly created jobs and the compensation ranges.
- Prepare analysis and recommendations for merit increases and incentive programs for budgeting.
- Analyze the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures and authors updates to ensure our competitive positioning in the market.
Qualified applicants must possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a compensation role within a multi-site organization with more than 5,000 employees; healthcare preferred
- Professional certifications (e.g., CBP, CCP, CEBS, SPHR) desired
