Night Audit Clerk

Daily Management, Inc. Vacation Village Resorts is a property/Timeshare Resort/Hotel management company that nationwide offers its guests the comfort and amenities they long for. We provide World class sporting and recreational opportunities, entertainment, shopping and a veritable wealth of sightseeing destinations. Due to our growth we are currently seeking  Part Time Night Audit Clerks.

Location of position: 2949 Arabian Nights Boulevard, Kissimmee FL 34747

Seeking Night Audit Clerks for a large Timeshare Resort of over 2000 units who are outgoing, professional and energetic. You will be the first person who greets our guests when they arrive at the Resort. This position is responsible for providing superior Customer and Guest satisfaction and service.  You will also be attending to guest needs such as check-in/check-outs, reservations, PBX and answering guest questions and needs. The ideal candidate will work easily in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an optimistic, “energy-giving” attitude to be the bright spot in our guest’s day.

• Must be people friendly and have an outgoing disposition
• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with different personalities
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must present a clean and professional demeanor
• Must be flexible in hours and days worked
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Bilingual is a plus
