Unicorp National Developments is hiring a full-time commercial property maintenance person. Looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual to service upscale property.
Main duties consist of the following:
- Landscape maintenance - mowing, edging and trimming.
- Irrigation system - replace broken sprinkler heads and valves.
- Ensure that all building and parking lot lights are working.
- Pressure wash buildings, sidewalks and common areas.
- Responsible for removal of all trash on property.
Must be detail oriented.
