What's more, in June 2013, Delaware North opened the doors to Space Shuttle Atlantis - a $100 million exhibit that not only showcases the retired shuttle as its never been seen before, but also celebrates the rich history of the United States Space Program.

The Opportunity

As a Human Resource Generalist at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex you will be responsible for benefits administration including, annual open enrollment, new plan offerings, communication of plan changes, payroll deduction reporting and balancing, monthly reporting, submittal of remittances to plan providers, and identifying annual qualifications/disqualifications.

Recruit candidates for open positions.  Interview, conduct background screening, and extend offers.   Ensure job postings are complete, updated and communicated.  Explore and develop new effective sources for the recruitment of  candidates, as needed.  Work to support Affirmative Action Plan recruitment goals and outreach programs.

Assist with facilitation of  HR related training programs that enhance and develop the skills of managers and associates.

To succeed in the role candidates will have:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Three years plus experience in Human Resource
• Background in HRIS database management experience
• Experience working in a union enviroment.
