Business Relations Representative - Sales - Customer Service

Better Business Bureau is expanding our team and has immediate openings for an inside tele-sales position in the Central Florida (Longwood) office. We are looking for fair-minded, insightful individuals to fill two positions in our business relations department. This is a full time, no evening or weekend hours position. BBB is a family friendly work environment.

Responsibilities: The BBB’s focus is to create a community of trustworthy businesses. Business Relations Representatives are needed to locate and contact businesses, in the area, that are willing to distinguish themselves by supporting and encouraging the highest principles of ethical business practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills

• Ability to work under pressure of monthly quotas; effectively manage time and establish priorities; adhere to company presentation guidelines and policies

• Highly motivated, results-oriented

• Quick learner with strong verbal communication skills

• Present a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization

• Professional phone voice and excellent telephone etiquette

• Stable work history (references will be verified)
