Description

The IS Customer Support Specialist provides assistance and incident resolution support to BayCare's IS customers. IS Customer Support Specialists provide excellent and timely technical support and troubleshooting for systems. The IS Customer Support Specialist works with other team members to implement and provide system and technology support, system security, and preventative maintenance programs. Maintains department-wide communication to ensure prompt incident resolution, repair and replacement of hardware, software and system functions. Performs other duties as assigned.
