Foundation Database Specialist

Seminole State College of Florida is seeking a detailed, experienced Database Specialist to join our team of fundraising professionals in our Foundation Department. This position is responsible for all Foundation databases, including donor and fundraising systems (currently Raiser's Edge - "RE") and the online scholarship system. This position is responsible for updating and maintaining all data integrity and delivery and for creating processes, procedures, queries, reports, mailing lists, and scholarship awards. Other responsibilities include prospect research, gift acknowledgement and documentation, and interaction with scholarship application review committees.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Associate's degree or equivalent of sixty (60) or more college credits from an accredited institution.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.

2. Two (2) years of database experience, preferably with Raisers Edge experience.
