FIELD PACKAGE SALES AGENT

SUMMARY:

     

The role of the Field Package Sales Agent is to achieve Proforma quotas in lead generation and bounce back package sales, set up and break down of display equipment, maintaining a high level of professionalism and brand standards while representing Diamond Resorts International in a professional manner.

     

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must be familiar with all company programs, systems and resorts
  • Must be highly self-motivated, with dynamic energy and with an inner competitiveness
  • Must be flexible with schedule; including but not limited to, working morning shifts and evening shifts and working weekends with extended travel
  • Meet budgeted lead generation and tour goals for the company
  • Develop, implement and rotate promotional concepts to prevent stale and saturated programs in market
  • Use innovative & proper techniques/protocol in brand design and scripts to direct high volumes of prospects to the event booth
  • Maintain professional standards when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects
  • Full Comprehension of lead generation including but not limited to; targeting demographic locations and events that would be highly productive in both lead conversion and bounce back sales
  • Uphold and lead company culture
  • Operate general office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine)
  • Other duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Timeshare and financial servicing knowledge
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or timeshare industry
