Sales - Outside Sales Pest Control

Built on the principles of Business Operations, Environmental Stewardship, Consumer Relations and Technician Training, the QualityPro certification is a symbol of Turner Pest Control’s commitment to protecting our customers, our people and our environment. We are looking for a talented, money motivated Residential Sales person to join our Orlando team and to help us grow in that market.

Our residential sales team earns 25% on sales! If you are a money motivated sales person, you are who we are looking for.

Duties include:

• Prospect and develop new business sales through cold-calling, telemarketing and networking
• Meet or exceed the established sales goals
• Presentation of proposed services through in-person sales presentations and electronic communications
• Participate in community events in an effort to maintain a presence and to generate new sales leads
• Close both self-generated and lead-driven business sales opportunities
• Communicate service setups with the corporate office to ensure sales accounts are established properly
• Cross-sell existing and new customers with our various services to include lawn, termite, and pest control services
• Problem solving and/or complaint resolution

Required:

• 2 years of sales experience
• Valid Florida Driver's license
• Must be 21 years of age

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have a proven ability to close sales and a demonstrated knowledge of selling techniques to include prospecting, overcoming rejection, presentation skills, gaining commitment, and negotiation
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a demonstrated self-starter with an ability to manage your own schedule
• Must be able to quickly build strong customer relationships
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be able to quickly adapt to company specific software
• Willing to travel locally on an extensive basis
