Description

The Environmental Services Supervisor at Winter Haven Hospital coordinates the daily operations of the Environmental Services team: oversees team members staffing, supplies, and quality outcomes, assists in hiring, interviewing, training, and coaching team members, assists in payroll functions, quality assessments, and linen distribution and reporting as needed, serves as a departmental liaison for all internal and external customers and attends daily bed briefings.
