  • Administer and monitor the billing, receivable and payable positions in order to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
  •  Handle accounts receivable and payable
  •  Reconcile bank statement and review payroll records
  • Manage employee payroll for multiple businesses
  • Oversee standards and manage processes for accurate completion of day to day, monthly and annual reporting and financial requirements
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong Accounting and bookkeeping background
  • Must have good working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
  • Corporate Finance/Financial Skills
  • Experience with developing budgets and tracking expenses
  • Must be highly analytic and able to review data and reporting for integrity, flags, recurring patterns and areas of improvement
  • Maintain an organized and clean office environment
  • Manage, sort, and organize incoming mail/packages and distribute accordingly
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to exceed deadlines and multitask without error.
  • Flexibility in workload and hours outside a traditional work week.
  • Go getter personality with a can-do attitude
