MARKETING SUPERVISOR

SUMMARY:

   

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for the leadership of up to 15 Marketing Agents including training and establishing & measuring performance goals and recognition programs. The Supervisor maintains a presence in the Marketing area, monitors telephone calls in order to ensure quality customer service, addresses team member requests for assistance, time & attendance, appearance and procedural compliance. The Supervisor also handles customer concerns, maintains records of escalated calls and supports production reports to the Marketing Manager.

         

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership to subordinate team members in department, to include training.
  • Establish and measure performance goals & recognition programs.
  • Develop team building ideas to create team bonding.
  • Work with Marketing Manager to brainstorm and institute spiff & motivation ideas.
  • Maintain a presence in the operational area.
  • Monitor telephone calls to ensure quality customer service is provided.
  • Address team member requests for assistance.
  • Monitor time & attendance of team members.
  • Ensure appearance and procedural compliance.
  • Handle, resolve or elevate all customer concerns and complaints.
  • Maintain records of escalated telephone calls.
  • Review daily & weekly production reports with the Marketing Manager.
  • Provide superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence standards.
  • Consistently practice the and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
  • Operate office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One (1) year of marketing experience in a similar environment.
  • Previous experience as a Lead or Supervisor.
  • Successful experience mentoring and managing a team.
  • Advanced computer skills, to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • Time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
