MARKETING SUPERVISOR
SUMMARY:
The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for the leadership of up to 15 Marketing Agents including training and establishing & measuring performance goals and recognition programs. The Supervisor maintains a presence in the Marketing area, monitors telephone calls in order to ensure quality customer service, addresses team member requests for assistance, time & attendance, appearance and procedural compliance. The Supervisor also handles customer concerns, maintains records of escalated calls and supports production reports to the Marketing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership to subordinate team members in department, to include training.
- Establish and measure performance goals & recognition programs.
- Develop team building ideas to create team bonding.
- Work with Marketing Manager to brainstorm and institute spiff & motivation ideas.
- Maintain a presence in the operational area.
- Monitor telephone calls to ensure quality customer service is provided.
- Address team member requests for assistance.
- Monitor time & attendance of team members.
- Ensure appearance and procedural compliance.
- Handle, resolve or elevate all customer concerns and complaints.
- Maintain records of escalated telephone calls.
- Review daily & weekly production reports with the Marketing Manager.
- Provide superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence standards.
- Consistently practice the and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
- Operate office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- One (1) year of marketing experience in a similar environment.
- Previous experience as a Lead or Supervisor.
- Successful experience mentoring and managing a team.
- Advanced computer skills, to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

- Time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
