BASIC FUNCTION: To create an upbeat, positive attitude in the Golf Shop while dealing with guests, golfers, and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Flexible with work schedule.
  • Knowledge of property and surrounding area.
  • Knowledge and understanding of golf preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.Check-in and registration of golfers.

2.Answer the phones in a courteous and professional manner.

3.Book tee times in the tee book.

4.Operation of the cash registers and associated systems.

5.Assist customers with merchandise purchases.

6.Maintain the Golf Shop in a neat, orderly manner.

7.Assist the Professional Staff with merchandise displays.                      

 

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by Manager.
  2. Assistance with quarterly inventories.

ENVIRONMENT:

Spends almost 100% of time indoors.
