Harbor Community Bank one of the fastest growing banks in Florida has an exciting opportunity for a Community Banking Regional Manager in our Orlando Region. The Retail Market Manager’s primary job function is to provide overall leadership to an assigned branch network to achieve profit, growth, referral, and sales/service objectives. This position will oversee and manage a branch and multiple branch locations, by directing sales, service and business development activities, meeting operational integrity objectives, managing employee development and engagement through consistent coaching and performance management, and ensuring the branch community achieves its annual goals, while building the Bank’s presence in the communities served through prospecting and enhancing business relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline – preferred.
- 5+ years recent experience in a management/leadership role, plus a minimum of 2+ years successfully managing multiple retail branch locations – required; effective relationship management and business development skills to manage key commercial, small business and personal relationships; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
