Essential Job Functions:
- Reports to: Area Supervisor
- Greets and assists walk in customers, as well as greets and assists customers over the phone
- Verifies time and attendance
- Filing, faxing, using copier, and other administrative tasks
- Sending emails, preparing business communications, as well as vendor relations
- Responsible for the ordering, receiving, and shipping of packages
- Other responsibilities not listed but similar in magnitude
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Must be able to stand/sit for the duration of scheduled shift
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
