Chiller/Laundry Mechanic (AM Shift)

Engineering Tech IV (Chiller Mechanic) (AM Shift) - Caribe Royale  

This position requires a higher level of experience and knowledge than Engineering Tech II or III.  The ideal candidate will have to work HVAC/Chillers commercial equipment. Strong maintenance, troubleshooting & repair experience. CARRIER equipment experiences a plus. Knowledge of general repairs and computer skills is required. Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and have good communication/ organizational skills.They will also maintain a report log of all machinery and ensure the accuracy of records, and other duties as assigned by management. This position requires guest interaction when responding to guest questions, requests, or complaints, so the ideal candidate will be friendly and courteous. Any certifications are a plus (may include HVAC and refrigeration certification, journeyman status for electrician, journeyman status for carpenter, licensed plumber, or EPA refrigerant certification). A valid drivers license with less than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years is required.  

At least 5 years of maintenance, engineering, or mechanic experience required. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
