Job Summary:
Regularly interacts with new and existing clients as needed. Responsible for devising creative solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on significant accounts including but not limited to: negotiation of product pricing, interviewing clients; collecting and analyzing information regarding the client and assisting in product and pricing determinations; affecting, interpreting, and implementing various company policies with regard to the specific factual circumstances of each client.

Minimum Essential Requirements:
Licensure:
- Must possess state required insurance license
Education:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
Experience:
- Account Manager insurance experience
Skills:
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Must possess strong presentation skills
- Must possess strong negotiation skills
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft t Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to utilize the internet
- Strong organizational skills
