Description

The Switchboard Communication Specialist II is primarily responsible for answering incoming calls, transferring calls, and providing requested information to callers, Accesses and enters systems information, Effectively utilizes systems software, Responds to internal emergency calls, Identifies and routes emergent medical calls, Initiates overhead pages for codes, Assists with fire, cardiac arrest, and emergency response plans, Must have excellent customer service skills, critical thinking skills, and the appropriate computer and clerical skills, Performs other duties as assigned.


This position requires a flexible working schedule for any shift (1st, 2nd and 3rd) when needed.
