Customer Service Representative (Temporary for 6 months)

Pay Level: U2 L6, $12.86/hr. minimum
Summary of Position:
Provide information and administrative support to fulfill customer needs in the Financial Services Group. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Answer, respond to and direct a high volume of ministry and financial related telephone calls. Communicate via telephone, e-mail and in person with administrative personnel, donors, vendors, and other customers concerning various donation and ministry related inquiries. Produce computer-generated reports and financial statements regularly. Update and maintain computer database information (including PeopleSoft) and set-up report and data access structure. Knowledge of telephone techniques and etiquette, record keeping techniques and alpha-numeric filing systems, and PeopleSoft system.
High school diploma plus at least two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
